Security Professional

Position Overview :

Lemontree Healthcare is seeking a vigilant Security Professional to ensure the safety and security of our healthcare facilities. The Security Guard will be responsible for monitoring premises, patrolling assigned areas, and responding to emergencies. This individual will play a key role in protecting staff, patients, visitors, and property while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor at all times.

Key Responsibilities :

• Patrolling & Surveillance :

Conduct regular patrols of the facility, both inside and outside, to ensure the security of buildings, grounds, and parking areas.

Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed entry.

Respond promptly to emergency situations such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security threats, following established protocols.

Provide assistance and directions to staff, patients, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Maintain detailed, accurate records of all incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts.

Adhere to all security protocols, policies, and local regulations while on duty.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

Security officer certification required.
