Description :

Assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing disorders.

Assume primary responsibility for all respiratory care modalities.

Supervise respiratory care students.

Initiate and conduct therapeutic procedures.

Maintain patient records.

Select, assemble, check, and operate equipment.

Provide high-quality respiratory care to various patient populations including neonates, infants, toddlers, school-age children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Requirements include 12-hour shifts with every other weekend scheduled.

On-call duty required once during each scheduling period.

Flexibility to cover other shifts as needed.

A mandatory low census shift may be implemented weekly based on patient load.

Guaranteed hours are 36 hours per week, totaling 72 hours per pay period.
