Job Summary
Support treasury operations by managing daily cash deposit activities and serving as the subject matter expert for banking deposit services. This role includes processing check deposits, reviewing lockbox services, journaling entries through the ERP system, and communicating directly with financial institutions, as necessary. You'll lead or participate in projects that improve treasury processes and documentation, and collaborate across departments to resolve complex service issues.
You'll also assist with bank outage reconciliations pertaining to lockbox accounts. This role requires the fondness of rote / repetitive work that requires strong attention to detail, agility in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for process improvement.
Skills and Background You'll Need
12 years of experience in banking, cash handling, or account reconciliation
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs
Experience supporting process improvement or M&A initiatives
