Required Skills : Associate must have 4-6 years' experience in providing desktop support at customer location. Onsite desktop support, incident management. Coordinate with level 2, level 3 remote support teams. Good English and local language communication skills. Good hands-on experience in troubleshooting day to day issues of windows, O365 and software deployment.
