Imaging Technician

POSITION OVERVIEW Looking for an Imaging Technician to ensure accurate data collection, processing, and analysis of our imaging assets. Our business requires complete and accurate image sets to support title examination, and this position will be integral in improving our imaging assets and implementing processes to onboard new imaging assets with quality. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Review, analyze and make recommendations to convert various external image sources for ingestion into a standardized repository and format Manage the ingestion of current updates to the images from the external sources including updates to formats received and improvements to the ingestion processing. Review and analysis of reports and insights to confirm currency or identify gaps that need remediation. Analyzes problems, determines root causes, and communicates them Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to receive and deliver imaging assets in a timely manner. Ability to navigate competing priorities ensuring all deadlines are met Fully takes ownership of process and acts as an SME (subject matter expert) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Ability to do basic troubleshooting of workstations and FTP connectivity Strong attention to detail Desire to learn and drive efficiencies in existing processes Thrives in a team environment Problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities with complex datasets Strong communication skills – both written and verbal Strong Excel skills Experience with other MS Office products Strong organizational skills Strong time management skills Basic SQL skills Basic regular expression skills Basic data manipulation skills Ability to be agile and shift priorities 2 Years' experience in a related field PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in a related field.
