Job Skills / Requirements

SUMMARY : Responsible for managing leading and directing Team Members performing cleaning service at customer location as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES : Includes but not limited to the following.

• Interviews hires and trains employees.
• Plans assigns and directs work.
• Addresses complaints and resolves problems.
• Coordinates and leads janitorial Team Members in the execution of safety quality customer satisfaction training and team work.
• Able to work through and with counterparts in maintaining daily shift communication on all issues changes and needs.
• Regularly conducts daily evaluations of quality of cleaning being provided to the customer.
• Able to maintain a safe clean and productive work environment.
• Complete daily administrative functions.
• Perform or exhibit effective leadership and conflict resolution.
• Must have excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented.
• Ability to train Team Members in standardized work practices.
• Knowledge and use and operation of janitorial equipment such as walk-behind scrubbers buffers and riding scrubbers.
• Must have basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word and Excel).

LANGUAGE SKILLS : Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals in English.

REASONING : Ability to apply common understanding to carry out uninvolved written and oral instructions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS : While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to walk. The employee frequently is required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; handle or feel reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to thirty (30) pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close distance and color vision.

WORK ENVIRONMENT : The work environment described here reflects conditions typically found inside a school building. Employees may work in classrooms offices hallways and common areas while performing essential job functions. Shift Days : Monday-Friday

Shift Hours : 6PM-10PM

This job reports to the Site Manager

This is a Part-Time position 2nd Shift .

Travel is not required
