Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential : EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN. Bilingual (English / Spanish) communication skills, written and spoken. Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers. Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner. Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria. Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
