The Job

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute company's IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead the planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems to support operations and achieve strategic objectives.
• Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with company executives to identify opportunities for technology to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in IT and data security.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
• Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range : XXXXXX - XXXXXX salary per year.
