Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive nursing care by performing tasks such as obtaining vital signs, conducting initial patient assessments, and coordinating hospital transfers or discharges.
• Facilitate effective communication with healthcare providers, including accepting and relaying telephone test results and prescription refills.
• Perform various clinical tasks, such as specimen collection and medication administration, while ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Participate in emergency response by skillfully delegating tasks as required.
• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in required meetings and committees.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality and protect sensitive health information.
• Support and uphold the mission and values of the organization while delivering patient-centered care.

Qualifications :

Work Schedule : 8AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday
