Outreach and Membership Assistant

A company is looking for a One-Year Outreach and Membership Services Assistant. Key Responsibilities Respond to donor inquiries and provide support for donor relations projects Record and maintain donor information in the database accurately Assist in the development of outreach materials and ensure effective communication with constituents Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or Associate's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite and willingness to learn new systems Experience using a constituent relationship management (CRM) system or donor database is a plus Background or interest in social and / or environmental justice issues preferred Bilingual (Spanish / English) abilities are a plus
