Position : Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location : 13055 W McDowell Rd Suite G-107 Avondale, AZ 85392

Incentives : $15,000 Bonus and $350 / Month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday - Friday (2 evenings until 6 pm)

Compensation : Salaried, starting at $78,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program
