Job Title : Lead Healthcare QA / System Analyst

Location : Raleigh, NC / Plano,TX / Laffayatte, LA / Bloomfield, CT Hybrid (3 days Onsite)

Employment Type : Contract

Duration : Long Term

Note : Required experience is minimum 12+ years. CIGNA is highly preferred.

Job Description :

  • Lead QA and systems analysis activities for healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations (HIPAA, ICD, CPT, HL7, FHIR).
  • Gather, document, and validate business / system requirements for healthcare applications.
  • Design and oversee test strategies, plans, and execution to ensure system quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and QA analysts to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Perform data validation, workflow analysis, and integration testing for healthcare systems.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA and SA team members.

Requirements :

  • 7+ years in QA / SA roles, with at least 2 3 years in a lead capacity.
  • Strong healthcare domain expertise (payer, provider, claims, enrollment, EHR / EMR).
  • Proficiency in SQL and testing tools.
  • Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
