As a key member of Vultron, you will :

Develop and Refine Products : Build and enhance our core platform that powers Vultron.

Solve Unprecedented Challenges : Address complex issues in applying LLMs in government-related settings.

Rapid Iteration : Iterate closely with customers to improve user experience, performance, and security.

Grow With Us : Play a vital role in expanding our engineering team.

Qualifications :

35+ years in an engineering manager role, with full-stack responsibility.

Track record of delivering user-facing products (embedded AI / ML components is a plus). Proven track record in developing exceptional software, especially in enterprise.

Experience leading and growing high-performing engineering teams.

Strong technical judgment and project management capable of scoping and sequencing major initiatives.

Proven ability to balance technical excellence with shipping velocity and customer impact.

Prior experience designing and building large, complex systems.

Must be located in the SF Bay Area or be willing to relocate.

Bonus :

Hands-on experience with LLM integration or model lifecycle management.

Familiarity with modern observability, DevOps, and secure-by-default infrastructure.

Experience working closely with customers, sales, or support to improve adoption and quality.
