Our client, a leading organization in global security and risk management, is seeking a Corporate Security Intelligence & Risk Analysis / Admin - Pilot (Charlotte) to join their team. As a Corporate Security Intelligence & Risk Analysis / Admin - Pilot (Charlotte), you will be part of the Security and Risk Management Department supporting the Global Travel Risk Program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, critical thinking, and independence, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title : Corporate Security Intelligence & Risk Analysis / Admin Location : Charlotte, NC (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week) Position Type : 18 months (potential for extension depending upon performance and business need) Working hours are staggered with other Travel Risk Specialists to ensure adequate coverage. While your hours may generally be scheduled as either : 7 : 00 am-3 : 00 pm or 8 : 00 am-4 : 00 pm Eastern Time, OR 10 : 00 am-6 : 00 pm or 11 : 00 am-7 : 00 pm Eastern Time Candidate can start at either 7AM / 8AM or 10AM / 11AM EST as the two options What's the Job? Review travel requests and itineraries to elevated risk destinations to ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures. Contact travelers and / or delegates if documents or contents are missing or noncompliant with travel policies. Monitor the Global Travel Risk mailbox and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally. Utilize third-party risk platforms to monitor incidents that could impact business travelers globally; follow established protocols to communicate with travelers and report status to stakeholders. Support crisis management operations during major incidents, including working outside of normal business hours as needed. What's Needed? Ability to make informed decisions independently and escalate concerns to senior leadership when necessary. Proven capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, maintaining focus and high performance. Strong critical thinking skills with minimal need for ongoing guidance. Experience supporting global travel, travel risk, or corporate security programs for multinational organizations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with third-party travel risk platforms such as Crisis24, Everbridge, or International SOS. What's in it for me?
