About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its Executive Management Team. Collaboration with business unit leaders to optimize resource use, enhance performance, and drive operational efficiencies is also a critical aspect of the role. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in financial leadership, with a preference for those who have worked within the credit union or financial services industry. An advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in financial management, strong communication skills for engaging with the Board of Directors, Supervisory Committee, and other stakeholders, and the ability to provide financial insights, strategic recommendations, and regulatory updates.
