TradeSTAR provides free, hands-on classroom training followed by placement with some of the top low voltage contractors in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. You’ll help install the structured cabling and electronic systems that power today’s most advanced buildings—think hospitals, schools, arenas, and office towers.

What You’ll Do as an Installer :

• Pull, label, and route cabling (Cat6, fiber, coax) through commercial buildings
• Install cable support systems : J-hooks, ladder rack, conduit
• Assist with installing low voltage devices : network jacks, security panels, access control hardware
• Learn to read blueprints and follow job site safety protocols
• Work under the guidance of experienced tradespeople
