Product Trainer

A company is looking for a Product Trainer responsible for creating and delivering training programs for financial institutions using a digital banking platform.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain client-facing training content, including presentations and interactive materials

Deliver training sessions tailored to the needs of financial institution staff

Evaluate training program effectiveness and track training metrics for leadership updates

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field

2-5 years of experience in product training or client education

3-5 years of experience in banking, FinTech, or SaaS, preferably with digital banking platforms

Experience developing scalable training assets for adult learners

Strong understanding of adult learning theory and best practices in training design
