Note : Internally this role is referred to as Senior Gas Pipeline Compliance Analyst

What You Will Do :

• Work closely with stakeholders / SMEs to create, publish, and provide guidance as required for technical documentation that supports the design, construction, and maintenance of natural gas assets.
• Manage metadata and workflows of source documents in Microsoft SharePoint.
• Edit documentation submitted by stakeholders to improve structure, presentation, and delivery of content to end users to resolve information gaps and inconsistencies.
• Support documentation activities for Management of Change requirements.
• Create, update, or work with Graphics Design on technical illustrations and graphics to be included in documentation.
• Understand and translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and accurate documentation that follows established writing rules, company standards, and legal requirements, as well as targeting a wide range of audiences.
• Support team lead with the publication process in the Document Library, as required.
• Analyze internal systems to help develop and implement continuous improvement in the overall process of document publication, review, retirement, etc.
• Assist with testing of the Content Management system.

Include but not limited to : Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
