Do you enjoy working with your hands, learning new skills, and being part of a professional and supportive team? Baltimore Country Club is actively searching for an Assistant Equipment Manager to help maintain our fleet of golf course equipment. No prior experience is required; we'll train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a positive attitude.
Tasks :
- Assist in maintaining and repairing golf course equipment, mowers, and utility vehicles
- Learn to inspect and adjust mowing equipment for ideal turf conditions
- Support preventive maintenance programs and help track service records
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized maintenance facility
- Work closely with the Equipment Manager and Golf Course Superintendents to support daily operations
