SENIOR WEB UX / UI DESIGNER

We are seeking a highly creative and talented SENIOR Web UX / UI Designer to join our E-Commerce team. In this role, you'll collaborate with key stakeholders across E-Commerce, Marketing, and Creative to design digital experiences that support brand growth and drive engagement. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys conceptualizing and executing beautiful, intuitive web solutions. You’ll be responsible for crafting a best-in-class user interface and delivering a seamless, on-brand user experience across our website and digital platforms.

POSITION DETAIL

  • Full Time / Salary Exempt
  • Reporting to VP of Ecommerce
  • Position Location – Headquarters, Costa Mesa, CA
  • Hybrid Partial In-Office 3-4 Days / Partial Remote 1-2 Days

Responsibilities

  • Lead UX / UI design strategy and execution for Z SUPPLY’s website, with a focus on A / B testing, user experience, and performance optimization.
  • Responsible for crafting elevated designs that create a cohesive site experience and amplify our brand story and distinct value.
  • Collaborate with E-Commerce, Merchandising, Development, and Marketing teams to create high-converting, on-brand digital experiences.
  • Apply user research, testing, and behavior insights to develop intuitive and visually compelling designs.
  • Ensure consistency and usability across all digital platforms and devices, incorporating accessibility best practices.
  • Partner with the CRO Manager on user testing and QA processes.
  • Work closely with front-end developers to ensure smooth design handoffs and accurate implementation.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system in Figma, aligning with brand and UX standards.
  • Manage design projects and timelines using Asana, meeting established deadlines and goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion) to iterate on and improve design outcomes.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in UX / UI and digital design.

    • Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5–8+ years of UX / UI and digital design experience, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce and women’s apparel.
  • Expertise in Figma is required.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Adobe XD, and Asana.
  • Strong project management and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, strong UI design, and a deep understanding of UX best practices.
  • Ability to identify user needs, anticipate behavior, and translate findings into seamless, intuitive design solutions.
  • Strong visual design sensibility, including typography, color theory, spacing, layout, and composition.
  • Understanding of how UX design impacts KPIs : bounce rate, conversion rate, engagement, and retention.
  • Basic video editing and / or hand illustration skills are a plus.
  • A self-starter with excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

    • POSITION SALARY RANGE

    90,000-$130,000 Annually

    As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, Z SUPPLY provides a range of compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role / level, a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, internal parity and other relevant factors. Flexibility outside of the salary range listed may be considered based on additional skills or qualifications a candidate may possess that may justify additional compensation. Company paid health benefits, PTO, bonus and other various company perks are not included in the salary range listed above and are considered additional compensation.
