About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee all day-to-day operational functions across national markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for logistics, warehouse management, and field operations, ensuring technical delivery, show advancement, and large-scale event execution meet the highest standards of excellence and consistency. The COO will also be tasked with developing and implementing scalable systems, policies, and processes to support rapid growth and operational efficiency, driving financial performance through cost control, budgeting, and KPI management, and leading multi-location teams to foster collaboration and accountability.
Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior-level operational leadership experience in live event production, AV integration, or related industries. The role requires a proven track record in managing large, multi-site operations and national logistics, as well as experience in integrating acquisitions and driving culture alignment. A strong understanding of asset management, utilization, and vendor relations is essential, along with a hands-on leadership style and exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with an advanced or technical degree being a plus, and experience with inventory systems such as Flex Rental Solutions is also preferred. The role may involve up to 50% national travel.
