Job Description

• Create Customized Treatment Plans : Assess individual patient needs and design tailored therapy strategies that meet their specific functional goals.
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions : Employ proven practices to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and activities of daily living.
• Engage in Interdisciplinary Collaboration : Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to promote comprehensive, holistic care for each patient.
• Educate Patients and Families : Provide guidance to patients and their caregivers on therapy techniques to ensure continued progress at home.
• Document Progress and Adjust Treatment : Monitor clinical outcomes and refine approaches as necessary, ensuring every patient remains on track for their goals.
