MetaSense, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Psychiatric for a travel nursing job in Wyandotte, Michigan.

Job Description & Requirements

• Schedule
• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours (7PM-7 : 30AM)

Schedule needs are as follows :

1 RN : Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

2 RNs : (opposite of each other) Sunday, Thursday, Friday or Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday

Will be trained on de-escalation.

Will be crossed trained in Psych Assessment Services

Job Summary :

Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient / family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
