Sr Operations & Business Analyst (Hybrid)

You will be trusted to :

• Provide strategic insights and recommendations for enhancing and developing new programs to management.
• Ensure that strategic planning initiatives and projects are effectively implemented by forming teams to evaluate and implement. Perform complex case analysis and / or feasibility analysis on multiple projects. Assist with research for and development of cost benefit analysis or various maintenance rehabilitation and / or replacement options for specific assets related to the strategic plan
• Define scope recommend approach and lead execution of major strategic projects. Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality reliability schedule and cost and ultimately achieve the desired outcome. Develop data-driven insights for delivery to an executive / Board level audience.
• Develop and implement operating plans goals objectives priorities and procedures that are in alignment with the established strategic goals and objectives of the department. Work with senior management on long range planning projects.
• Formally track and report progress toward established goals for delivery of results.
• Ensure appropriate records are maintained for budget requirements management systems policies and procedures.
• Develop and lead focused training as needed to support organizational needs and requirements.
