To help you stay focused during your ramp-up period, we offer financial subsidies during your first two full-time contract years (if qualified). Products and solutions

Through NYLIFE Securities LLC (member FINRA / SIPC), we also provide investment solutions like mutual funds. As your career advances, you may choose to specialize by becoming a financial advisor with Eagle Strategies LLC, our investment advisory firm, offering wealth management, estate planning, and business solutions.

How we will compensate you.
At New York Life, your income potential is performance-driven and entirely in your hands, thanks to our commission-based compensation structure.
In 2023, agents working under the N8 and N9 Agents’ Contract who met annual minimum sales production requirements earned an average income of $117,359 . Your income will reflect your individual success and effort. Full-time agents are also eligible for a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, plus access to a 401(k) and pension plan.
