Required Qualifications : Sufficient education to read & understand instructions. Valid Washington State Registration as a Nursing Assistant (without restrictions), and the ability to obtain a Nursing Assistant Certification within 90 days of employment. Upon hire : Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
