Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing marketing policies and programs, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase brand awareness. Responsibilities would also include creating content by photos and videos for all Social Media Platforms. We are a packaging and branding company for the Cannabis Industry. Must have knowledge and background experience working in this field.

  • Must reside locally to our location for 1-2 days per week in-house content creation

Position will be Freelance to begin, then transition to Part or Full time after 60 to 90 days.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and coordinate product development and marketing trends
  • Determine product demand and customer awareness
  • Develop pricing strategies to maximize return on investment
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
  • Review and optimize marketing budget
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
  • Take Photos / Videos
  • Upload on a Weekly basis for all Social Platforms
  • Reach out to Influencers to join our brand.
  • Wordpress Website Updates

    • Qualifications :

  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Wordpress
  • Google Platforms (Drive, Console, Business Page)
  • Cameras
  • Drone Videos is a Plus
  • Edit and Create Videos for Social Media
  • Previous experience in marketing or other related fields
  • Experience in a managerial role
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Bilingual is a Plus
