Quality Assurance Assembly Inspector

Quality Assurance Assembly Inspector General :

• Perform Final Quality Inspection :
• AOI Inspection, Visual Inspection : using a 10X ring lamp
• Mechanical Inspection : able to read blue prints, verify all dimensions noted on blue print using calipers and micrometer
• Record keeping : shall record defect codes, pass and fail results, accurately verify all quantities
• Verify compliance with IPC-A-610 and JSTD 001
• Work with Quality Team on special projects. Requirements :
• 2 years' experience in the PCB Manufacturing field preferred
• 2 years' experience in Quality Inspection preferred
