Sales Representative (Full-Time)

What youll do

  • Build and manage a warm pipeline (internet leads, walk-ins, local events, referrals).
  • Consult with individuals and small businesses to match needs with Auto, Home, Life, and supplemental products.
  • Participate in highly successful protocols to fuel your success.
  • Educate and advise our clients on how to protect their family and their livliehood.
  • Be a community championevents, sponsorships, and social content that highlight how we help neighbors recover from the unexpected.

  • Consistent monthly premium targets met or exceeded.
  • Quote-to-bind rate improving quarter over quarter.
  • Strong retention and cross-sell from proactive policy reviews.

  • Have 13+ years in sales, retail banking, hospitality, or phone-based customer service (insurance a plus).
  • Love educating and advising in the form of consultative conversations.
  • Are data-curious (you like seeing your numbers and testing what improves them).
  • Are coachable, resilient, and comfortable on the phone, text, and video.
  • Hold or willing to obtain a Florida P&C and / or Life & Health license (well help).
