Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales-Focused Treatment Coordinator in Garland, TX. The Treatment Coordinator will guide patients through treatment planning, provide detailed explanations of procedures, and help manage the financial and insurance aspects of care. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with dental professionals, answering patient inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. This role involves a strong sales component, requiring the ability to build trust and communicate the value of proposed treatments effectively.

This position blends consultative sales with patient care.

You'll meet patients who are ready to change their lives through implant treatment and your role is to educate, build trust, and help them confidently move forward.

Qualifications

• Expertise in previous sales positions
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to support patient interactions
• Proven ability to build patient trust and confidence in treatment plans
• Ability to coordinate within a team and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus
• Basic proficiency in relevant software and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or sales training is beneficial
