Key Responsibilities :

Efficiently manage multiple tasks while adapting to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuring timely and effective service.

Create and nurture connections by engaging with customers throughout the loan process, offering tailored solutions based on their unique needs.

Oversee the life cycle of loans, including collection activities, while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.

Communicate with customers and colleagues through various technological channels like phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems.

Demonstrate a passion for achieving goals, with an internal drive and a results-oriented mindset.

Educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they fully understand their loan options and terms.

Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED is required.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service is desirable.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

The target base salary for this role ranges from $20.00 to $23.00, based on various factors such as skills and work experience. In addition to the base salary, you will be eligible for a competitive additional compensation program based on individual and company performance.

Location : On-site

The work schedule is Monday-Friday during regular business hours, with potential extended hours during the week and occasional Saturday shifts.
