Position Overview :

Tap Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Manager to lead our Operating Room team in Portland, Oregon. This role oversees surgical services on a day shift schedule, providing leadership, operational oversight, and clinical expertise to ensure safe, high-quality care. Required Qualifications :

Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.

Licenses & Certifications (upon hire) :

Oregon Registered Nurse License

National Provider BLS American Heart Association

Recent first-line management experience.

Minimum of 3 years of clinical RN experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

Masters Degree in Nursing or related field.

CNOR Certification.

Work Schedule : Full-time, Day Shift (1.0 FTE)
