As a Retail Administration Manager , your day will be filled with opportunities to provide and oversee administrative, creative, technical, and generalized support for the Retail Division Management team. Duties include clerical reporting preparation / interpretation and float pool management while projecting a professional company image through in person and phone interactions.
Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Oversee Management of Float Pool in Louisville MSA including :
Interviewing, hiring, training, and retaining float team members (including Management Associates / Floating Office Managers and Summer / Seasonal Interns) in Louisville MSA
Scheduling float staff for Louisville MSA, based on business and customer needsReviewing and approving time cards and requested time offProviding coaching, counseling, career pathing, and performance reviewsHire / Train / Manage Retail Administrative Coordinator, delegating tasks as neededOversee incentive and production tracking for all retail branchesManage creation, development, and implementation of special projects inside of Retail, in collaboration with Retail AdministrationAssist retail employees with new employee onboarding and supplemental training, facilitating meetings and training sessions as needed and in collaboration with Retail AdministrationCreate, develop, implement, and maintain various branch reports, forms, and resources, in collaboration with Retail AdministrationDevelop and coordinate customer and employee events, working with Marketing and other departments, team members, or offices, in collaboration with Retail AdministrationOversee creation, implementation, tracking, and communication of branch contestsOversee scheduling and coordinate meetings and appointments for the Retail Administration team including providing agendas and communicationOversee administrative tasks including but not limited to the following; reconcile GL entries, keep branch information and phone trees current, maintain business continuity plan, place orders, etc.Provide creative, technical, and generalized support to the Retail division, as needed and in collaboration with Retail AdministrationOther duties as assigned by management teamJob Requirements
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
College degree preferred
5 Years of administrative experience or 5 Years of Retail banking experience required; 5 or more years of management experience preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Advanced Excel skills is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
Ability to handle multiple projects at one time through completion
Strong organizational skills
Strong grammar, spelling and business writing skills
Professional in appearance and demeanor

This position requires sitting the majority of the time with limited walking and standing. Travel between branch offices is required on a monthly basis. All work occurs indoors and within regular working hours. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
