Location Fort Worth, TX

Compensation & Schedule

  • 20.00 / hour
  • 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday
  • W2 Contract

ROLE IMPACT

Join a dynamic support team within a Fortune 10 healthcare organization where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring supplier compliance and data accuracy. As a Supplier Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for resolving supplier issues, gaining hands-on experience with top-tier systems and cross-functional teams—all while making a measurable impact on operational performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary contact for supplier inquiries via ServiceNow and Salesforce
  • Resolve issues related to DSCSA compliance, EPCIS data, and documentation gaps
  • Coordinate with IT, compliance, and supply chain teams to troubleshoot escalations
  • Maintain detailed case notes and ensure audit-ready documentation
  • Actively follow up with suppliers to ensure fast, accurate resolution
  • Highlight trends and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery

    • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ year experience managing inboxes and prioritizing communications
  • 1+ year in service desk, ticketing, or high-volume operations
  • Exceptional written communication and documentation accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision

  • Cloud-based ticketing platforms

  • Self-starter with a proactive, team-oriented approach
