Chrysalis Health, a leading provider of behavioral healthcare in Florida, is seeking an organized and compassionate Program Assistant to join our dynamic Community Action Team (CAT). What you will do :
The CAT Therapeutic Mentor is a vital and compassionate member of the CAT team, dedicated to uplifting and empowering our clients. In this role, you’ll provide direct support and genuine care, fostering social and emotional growth. Through meaningful interactions, you’ll help clients regain control of their lives, guiding them with empathy and understanding. As a Therapeutic Mentor, you will inspire hope and resilience, serving as a trusted role model in developing essential coping skills. Your commitment will make a lasting impact on those you support, helping them thrive in their journey toward wellness.
Responsibilities :
Qualifications & Requirements :
High School Diploma or GED AND (2) years experience working in the behavioral health field with children, adolescents and families.
