Schedule : Monday – Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

About the Opportunity

PeopleShare has partnered with a leading insurance company to expand its Sales Development Team in Wheaton, IL.

We’re looking for motivated, outgoing, and ambitious individuals who want to launch or grow their career in sales and insurance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and big aspirations.

What You’ll Do

Make outbound calls to current and prospective customers through active campaigns.

Generate and schedule qualified quote opportunities for Licensed Sales Agents.

Record customer activity and progress accurately in the CRM system.

Maintain professional communication via phone, email, and in-person.

Utilize Outlook and demonstrate strong phone etiquette.

Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Compensation Structure

Lead Bonuses : $30–$50 per qualified lead

Daily Bonus : $50 / day based on performance

Weekly Bonus : $100–$500 / week

Earning Potential :

Average performers : $60,000–$80,000 annually

Motivated professionals : $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Requirements

Reliable transportation to getoffice and client meetings

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable speaking with people in person and over the phone

Computer proficiency and Outlook / CRM experience preferred

Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus

You do not need to be licensed to start, but must be willing to become licensed.

Marketing is fully paid for by the company – no personal investment required.

Must pass a background check (no felonies)

Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred

Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License (training provided)
