JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead to Cash Transformation
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive end-to-end program management activities including project planning, coordination, change control, and risk management to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
- Lead and oversee Lead to Cash (L2C) transformation projects or Sales Operations Transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration across processes.
- Act as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, enablement teams, and IT functions, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Prepare and deliver regular status updates, executive reports, and stakeholder communications to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.
Qualifications :
Proven experience at B-levelDemonstrated track record of successfully delivering Lead to Cash transformation programs across complex organizations.Strong knowledge of program management fundamentals including project coordination, governance, change control, and risk management.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across business, enablement, and IT teams.Exceptional communication, presentation, and reporting skills to engage executive leadership and cross-functional teams.Best Regards,
