Claims Operations Associate

A company is looking for a Claims Operations Associate to support its Claims Operations department remotely. Key Responsibilities Address simple requests and complaints via telephone, email, or voicemail with guidance Utilize call center software to manage inquiries and resolve issues Learn to execute basic claim setup, coverage verification, and financial transactions Required Qualifications High school diploma is required Related billing claims assistant or claims processing experience is required Workers' compensation claims experience is preferred Must be located within the Central or Mountain Time Zone Availability to work 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m. Central Time / 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday-Friday
