Job Summary : We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Server Assistant to support our front-of-house team in a fine dining setting. The ideal candidate will be professional, attentive, and passionate about hospitality. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, assisting servers in delivering food and beverages, resetting tables, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. A strong work ethic, teamwork, and the ability to anticipate guest and server needs are key to success in this role. Responsibilities :

• Communicate with chefs and kitchen staff to understand the status of each order.
• Ensure that all items on an order are prepared and plated correctly.
• Collect prepared dishes from the kitchen and ensure they are delivered to the appropriate tables.
• Prioritize hot or time-sensitive items to maintain their temperature and quality.
• Check each dish for accuracy, presentation, and adherence to quality standards before delivering to the customer.
• Verify and communicate special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff.
• Work closely with servers to match food orders with the correct tables.
• Support servers when needed, such as refilling water or clearing empty plates.
• Keep the expo area and service stations clean and organized.
• Assist in bussing and resetting tables as needed.
• Clear bus bins and return bus tubs to the appropriate storage area.
• Polish silverware and glassware.
• Run drinks orders to the appropriate tables.
• Maintain open communication channels with the kitchen, servers, and other restaurant staff.
• Relay important information, such as delays or changes in orders, promptly.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner during the food delivery process.
• Address any guest concerns or inquiries related to the food being served.
• Handle multiple orders simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Assist in managing peak dining hours and ensuring timely service.
• Monitor the quality of dishes to uphold the restaurant's standards.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the kitchen or management for resolution.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Ensure an exceptional dining experience by following the Company's standard of service.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
