Job Summary

Summary

Responsible for managing the visa application process for individuals or groups traveling internationally as well as green card sponsorship support.

Essential Functions

• Reviewing visa applications and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Communicating with clients and travel agencies to obtain necessary information and documents.
• Coordinating with government agencies to submit visa applications and track their progress.
• Providing advice and guidance to clients and travel agencies on visa requirements and processes.
• Maintaining accurate records of visa applications and approvals.
• Resolving any issues or problems that may arise during the visa application process.
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in visa regulations and requirements.
• Collection of faculty data and data analysis
• Reviewing faculty curriculum vitae (CVs) for Harvard Medical School promotion preparation
• Providing backup assistance for office staff
• Other duties as assigned
