Senior Field Service Engineer
Under limited direction, the Field Service Representative will be responsible for the optimization of the Army Energy Program's metering and control systems, and for training Energy Specialists on those systems.
The Field Service Representative will work with Facilities and Maintenance Directors at Army installations around the country to address mechanical and control issues for buildings and facilities under the responsibility of the Army. The FSR will write detailed daily reports pertaining to jobsite milestones and perform inspections and testing of utility monitoring systems.
- This position will require roughly 25% travel.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Provide customer support and work with the project engineers, other system engineers, and end-users to assist in developing cost effective methods for an efficient Utility controls design and system solutionWork with essential / key team members to understand their system requirements to ensure the correct IP infrastructure, points list, critical alarms, and scaling set points are integrated as designedProperly addressing TCP / IP networks and RS-485 communications across multiple protocols including BACnet, Lon, Modbus, and othersRequired Skills & Experience :
Clearance Required : SecretBS or BA degree and 3-10 years of experienceAdditional experience may be substituted for a degree
FSR experience, preferably with one or more of the following programs / software :Johnson Controls : METASYS

65,100 - $108,500 USD
