Pay Range : $135,000 - $192,000

Job Summary : The Director, Operations Finance is a senior leader who oversees an organization's financial health, operational efficiency, and strategic direction by managing financial planning, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include leading the finance team, developing and implementing operational and financial policies, managing risk, and providing financial guidance to support organizational goals. This function requires well developed skills in business analysis, process improvement, and research. The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills; an ability to thrive in an environment of rapid change; work effectively within cross-functional teams; will be highly resourceful; able to deliver strong results; have a passion for operational excellence and possess a strong set of communication and analytical skills.
