Our client, a leading organization in the autonomous mobility sector, is seeking a Employee Communications Manager to join their team. As a Employee Communications Manager, you will be part of the Corporate Communications Department supporting internal teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and strong project management abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Foster City, CA

Pay Range : $74 / hour

What's the Job?

• Design and implement internal communication plans and initiatives aligned with company goals and values.
• Create compelling content for various internal channels, including emails, intranet articles, presentations, and newsletters.
• Plan, manage, and execute all-hands meetings and company-wide events, including content development and logistical coordination.
• Partner with senior leadership to craft key messages and develop internal communication materials.
• Develop and deliver communication strategies to support organizational change initiatives, ensuring clarity and transparency for employees.
