As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with consulting teams and subject matter experts to provide valuable data-driven insights for healthcare investors and organizations. Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with healthcare experts to innovate analyses and tools for client projects, utilizing a mix of public, proprietary, and client-specific datasets.
- Conduct thorough research across industry literature and datasets to develop a robust understanding of the U.S. healthcare services landscape.
- Employ creative problem-solving skills to address unique client inquiries through insightful data utilization.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards on Marwood's internal analytics platform for our internal stakeholders.
- Enhance internal processes related to data management and quality assurance.
Qualifications :
A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.Strong proficiency in SQL for effective data aggregation and analysis.Experience in cleansing and transforming data from varied sources.Familiarity with cloud-based data storage solutions; experience with Snowflake is a plus.Skilled in business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.High-level proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and presentation.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and managing multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Experience :
Experience with healthcare datasets, particularly claims and transparency data.Understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, including its key players and dynamics.Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and working with sensitive healthcare data.Knowledge of data modeling and version control using tools like dbt and GitHub.Proficiency in Python for data analysis (e.g., pandas, matplotlib).Marwood offers a competitive compensation package, including comprehensive benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k plan with company match, and paid time off for holidays and personal days.
