Compensation : $40,000 – $120,000+ annually (Base + Bonuses or Commission-Only)

ERB Enrollment Solutions has secured a new Public Safety account (SIC 8322) with more than 10,000 employees . We’re looking for three licensed agents to cover this account right away. This is a rare chance to step into a book of business with thousands of employees to serve and sales opportunities waiting for you .

And this is just the beginning - ERB continues to add new accounts across public and private sectors, so the growth and sales potential will only keep expanding.

This is an Outside Sales Role

As a Licensed Life Insurance Agent at ERB, you’ll serve as an Outside Sales Enrollment Specialist , conducting onsite presentations and guiding employees through their benefits elections. If you thrive in face-to-face consultative sales , this role is designed for you.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations (in-person and virtual).
• Guide employees through their benefits elections using Employee Navigator and other client systems.
• Educate employees on supplemental insurance (life, accident, disability, critical illness).
• Maintain accurate records in CRM.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Outreach Reps for scheduling and high turnout.
