Design Program Manager
The Creative Audio Organization is a centralized team that touches nearly every product Meta produces, making our team integral to the company. We collaborate with product, creative, and engineering teams across Meta to design audio experiences across a wide range of software and hardware products, including but not limited to your phone, glasses, Virtual Reality (VR) headsets and a mix of Augmented Reality / Mixed Reality (AR / MR) experiences across these devices. We're a team of audio experts who design the experiences that connect people through the power of sound. The Creative Audio team is seeking a highly skilled Design Program Manager to join our Metaverse department. As a Design Program Manager at Meta, you will play a vital role in connecting teams and solving problems, enabling product teams to focus on designing, building, and shipping products by supporting various aspects of their work. You will improve team communication and collaboration, remove roadblocks, and utilize your organizational skills and experience to drive positive impact. In this role, you will help keep our teams on track, execute design initiatives aimed at growing team health, subject-matter knowledge, and team impact, and have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to establish effective ways of working together.

129,000 / year to $185,000 / year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
