Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Program Coordinating to lead our classes, contact vendors. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who ensures smooth operation, excellent customer service, and high standards in safety and cleanliness. This role will include managing staff and vendors, coordinating classes and teach some classes.

Key Responsibilities :

Program Development and Delivery :

Design, implement, and oversee a diverse range of engaging and age-appropriate classes and programs for children.

Coordinate scheduling for all classes and events, ensuring optimal utilization of facilities and resources.

Actively teach a selection of classes, demonstrating best practices and fostering a fun learning environment.

Work in partnership with other teams and help to promote the classes

Vendor and Partnership Management :

Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with external vendors for various programs, supplies, and services.

Negotiate contracts and ensure vendors meet quality and safety standards.

Team Leadership and Management :

Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise program staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and dedication.

Operational Excellence :

Oversee the daily operations of programs and classes, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional customer service.

Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness throughout all program areas.

Implement and enforce all company policies and procedures.

Customer Experience :

Ensure an outstanding experience for all children and families participating in programs and classes.

Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally, resolving any issues efficiently.

Required qualifications :

Must be knowledgeable in the field of developmental and intellectual disabilities and have experience working with people with both I / DD and psychiatric disorders.

Must have ability to plan, organize, develop, and implement program policies and procedures in a timely and consistent manner.

Ability to be patient, enthusiastic and confident when interacting with families (kids and parents).

Must have Experience in working with Summer Camps .

Must be available on weekends.
