Wesley Dentistry is now hiring a Dental Office Administrator in Brentwood, TN!
We are seeking a Dental Office Administrator to join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals.
Schedule : Monday - Thursday 7 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm
Some Fridays 7 : 00 am - 12 : 00 pm

Must take initiative and understand how to prioritize their dutiesAccounting for patients and making sure that relations are maintainedOrganizing and helping with sending claims and aging claimsAnswers incoming calls to include new patients and emergenciesAppointment schedulingPatient and insurance paymentsRequesting recordsPatient follow upsManage unscheduled and treatment pending lists to ensure patient follow through to meet scheduling goalsQualifications
High school diploma2 or more years dental front office experience requiredComputer proficiency and ability to learn new programsExemplary customer service and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude and professional demeanorOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsStrong multi-tasking and organizational skillsAbility to collaborate with a teamEqual Employment Opportunity
