OBGYN-Great Work Life Balance-Tennessee

• Employed practice seeks BE / BC OBGYN
• Base salary of $400,000 plus up to $80,000k in bonus potential
• Join 3 other physicians, 5 Midwives, 2 NPs, 9 MAs and LPNs
• 2.5 days in the clinic and 1 surgery day a week
• No clinic requirements on surgery days
• Call 1 : 4, alternating M-Thursday and every fourth weekend
• 24 hour nurse Midwife Laborist program
• Full benefits including sign-on, relocation, stipend, PTO including 21 days immediately and 7 holidays, Maternity / Paternity leave, CME, malpractice and more!
• Newly remodeled clinic located on hospital campus
• 3 patient rooms per physician, 3 ultrasound rooms, 1 procedure room and in house lab
• Endometrial biopsies, Urodynamics, IUD and Nexplanon in clinic
• XI and X robotics available
• Clinic EMR : Athena
• Hospital EMR : Paragon and Allscripts
• 1,600 deliveries / year on average at hospital
• 10 Labor and Delivery Rooms, 9 post-partum rooms and 2 C-section suites
• 32 bed, Level II NICU
• Pediatric Hospitalist can attend C-sections plus a pediatric cardiologist on staff
• Dedicated Anesthesia team
