Responsibilities

What You'll Do :

• Work with new business sales prospects, existing Farmers Insurance customers and marketing through various successful sales programs.
• Educate clients on various insurance options to meet their personal and business needs.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service may include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification, etc.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales goals and contribute to a positive, competitive, and fun work environment.
